returns & damaged goods

☼ if a piece arrives damaged, please take photos & send us an email within 24 hours of receiving damaged goods.
☼ 100% safe guarantee for ceramic pieces means your piece will be replaced if it arrives damaged. this allowance is subject to evidence provided. minor damages will not warrant replacement.
☼ we will not be held responsible for goods which are damaged once they have reached delivery location.
custom orders
☼ once an order request form has been submitted, it is still subject to approval by the artist. you will receive an email within 5-7 working days confirming if your order is possible- we maintain all rights to decline commissions. if your order has been accepted, the email will include an invoice & payment instructions.
☼ artworks are created with love & are not rushed. if you have custom ordered a piece, the time until dispatch will vary depending on time taken to access all materials (e.g. books), number of preceeding orders & difficulty of requested piece.
